Scope of work
A quote covers one design at the design type, size, fabric and placement stated in the order. Changes to any of those are a new job, priced separately.
Pricing
Digitizing is priced flat per design type (left chest, full back, complex design). Rush turnaround adds the surcharge shown at checkout. Patches are priced per piece and confirmed after artwork review.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 4 business hours from a complete order. Rush options only start once artwork and specs are received. Patch production is 8–12 day production plus shipping.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions inside the original brief at no charge. New artwork, new size or new placement is a new order.
Payment
Invoiced after you approve the proof, payable within 7 days. Volume accounts are billed weekly.
Ownership
On payment, you own the delivered stitch and vector files outright. You confirm you hold the rights to the artwork you send us.
Liability
Our liability is limited to redoing the file or refunding its price. Test-sew before production runs — we supply the file, you control the machine.
