What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company, phone), shipping addresses for patch orders, the artwork and instructions you upload, and technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed — including when you use live chat.
How we use it
To verify your email, quote and produce your order, ship patches, answer you on chat or email, invoice, and keep a record of delivered files so you can re-download them from your account.
Your artwork
Uploaded artwork is used only to produce your order. We do not resell, publish or reuse it, and portfolio use only happens with written permission.
Sharing
Limited to the processors that run the service — hosting, shipping and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order files and invoices are kept for seven years for accounting; chat transcripts for twelve months. You can request deletion of anything not legally required.

Access, correction, export or deletion of your data on request at hello@sedigitizer.com. We respond within 30 days.
