Change Policy
Yes! We are happy to offer bulk discounts to customers with specific needs. Please contact our sales department to discuss your request. 800-777-4510 and select option 1
Yes! We can accommodate most same-day requests if submitted between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST.
Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out. You can also access and download your files directly from your account.
Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
Our standard turnaround time is one business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday—unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will be delivered on Tuesday. We also offer rush services at no additional cost.
You can submit your change request online through your account, the PRO digitizing app, or send us an email at contact@prodigitizing.com . If you are having issues with the sew-out please take a picture of your sew-out and send it to us with a description of the issues you are having.
You will receive your file on the same day as your change request submission, provided it is made before 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time.
No, most changes are free. If you are having issues with your sew-out, your change request regarding sew-out is free of charge.
Typically, resizing within certain parameters does not incur an additional fee. However, if the adjustment necessitates re-digitization of the design, there will be an additional charge. For instance, transitioning a 3” wide left chest design to a full back design spanning approximately 12” wide will incur the full price for a full back, whereas transitioning a 3” wide design to a 5” design may only incur a $10 fee.
If there is a change needed to the original artwork submitted, which changes the original appearance of the design, additional charges may apply.
