We take all image file types like jpeg, png, gif, web, heic, tiff, pdf, ai, svg, and more.
Our digitizers get to work.
We manually digitize your design using the latest versions of the most advanced digitizing software, including Wilcom e4, Hatch, Pulse Tajima DG/ML, Wings XP 6, and more.
You've got an embroidery file!
We can deliver: Tajima DST, Wilcom EMB, Brother, Babylock, and Bernina PES, Husqvarna Viking HUS, Janome JEF, Singer XXX, Melco EXP, PFAFF, Husqvarna VP3 and more.

Machines and materials are all made differently so we know that some adjustments may be necessary. If your design does not sew out correctly, we will work with you to adjust the design. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or credit to your account.

Yes! We can accommodate most same-day requests if submitted between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST.
Once your file is completed, we will email all necessary files required to complete your sew-out. You can also access and download your files directly from your account.
Change requests to improve the sew quality of your file are free of charge, such as adjusting an outline to improve registration. Any change request that alters the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
Our standard turnaround time is one business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday—unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will be delivered on Tuesday. We also offer rush services at no additional cost.
